A professional Educational Consultant since 1998, a highly experienced trainer, tutor ; with more than 20 years teaching experience as a MOE teacher and HOD, and was a Divisional Director in SINDA from 1992 to 1998 and is now the Director of Optimal Learning Hub.

- 25,000 students from primary schools and self-help groups have benefited from his seminars over the past 15 years.

- Conducted one of the biggest PSLE MOTIVATION SEMINARS for MediaCorp Radio from 2000 to 2005 - covering English, Maths and Science - 1,400 students have attended.

- Conducted "RESTORING THE JOY OF LEARNING IN THE CLASSROOM", a course for MOE TEACHERS from 1999 to 2005, more than 800 teachers have attended this popular and highly rated course.

- Author of PSLE MATHS REVISION EXERCISES and produced 2 EDUCATIONAL DVDs on PSLE Maths.
